• Cut, trim, and prepare meat products according to customer requirements.
• Ensure that all products are of high quality and meet food hygiene and safety standards.
• Manage inventory of meat products and ensure that they are properly stored and labeled
• Provide excellent customer service and answer customer queries.
• Clean and maintain equipment and work area.

Skills / Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Butcher.
• Excellent knife skills and knowledge of meat cuts.
• Knowledge of food hygiene and safety standards.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
